30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

RETURN PROCESS

- Order number and full name
- Proof of purchase (Order information screenshot)
- Reason for return
- To streamline the process, kindly attach a video or photo of the defective or damaged item as proof for a refund or replacement.
Once we receive and confirm your return (typically within 24 hours of receipt), you will receive an email confirming the completion of your return. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 14 days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
DAMAGED AND INCORRECT PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

EXCHANGES

– Customers will not be charged return shipping fees for defective products.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days and automatically credited to your original payment method.
Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of purchase to receive a full refund. After this time, cancellations may not be possible, depending on the processing status in our production department.
